Hard Cider Workshop
* You will learn from start to finish how to make your own hard cider. You will be given all the ingredients and supplies to make your first gallon. Discussion on apple varieties. Apple pressing. Sampling many different hard ciders made from single varieties and from mixed varieties.
* Lunch will be provided.
* Local hard cider expert, Jennifer owner of Summit Hard Cider Scrumpys (Ft. Collins) will be hosting this workshop. Her willingness to share her experience allows the participant to access a wealth of knowledge not easily gathered from one source.
